Our story is best described in Abraham Hicks quote “You can never get it wrong & you can never get it done”.
Our hunger for knowledge, connection and experiences drives our mission to evoke curiosity within others with the purpose of inspiring people to regain their decision making power towards physical, mental and spiritual health.
Our aim? Create a legacy of positive echo chambers of service to humanity…our children and grandchildren deserve it, as do we.

First steps were like this…
Echoez was created when my children and I embarked on a journey of eating differently, differently being different to how we were “taught” to eat by generations of conditioning primarily set by government & health organisations. Who am I and who are my children and what do we eat? Although at some point I’ll share a little about us in My Bits, I want you to know that who we are and what we eat is irrelevant when it comes to why Echoez was born.
Echoez was not created to focus on the three of us and our choices, it was created to hopefully get YOU curious…by thinking, exploring, researching, listening and seeing. What do YOU echo into the world and what do you allow to echo back into your world…now that’s what’s important!
Pay attention & you too will see…
Like most I too was entwined in what was being said TO and AT me by those I let in my Echo Chamber via friendship groups, family circles, social media, work etc. What do you think was my response when I noticed I’d become part of the never ending noise? “It’s the world we live in” I’d think or say, what a poor a$$ excuse and a cop out!
We can’t help but live in Echo Chambers but, we do get the opportunity to choose who and what we let into them. Ask yourself… ”Who and what is my Echo Chamber made up off?” Once you have the answer ask yourself “Am I happy to become and or reflect who and what is currently in my chamber?” If your answer is yes great, as chances are you are on the road to becoming or reflecting who and what you’ve let in! But, if your answer is no then you have the choice to make some changes…the sooner the better!
